When will my order be shipped?

 

Once we have been advised that your payment has been approved, most orders will be despatched from our premises in Townsville within the next business day using Australia Posts e-Parcel or Express e-Parcel service (if chosen).

 

Orders received after 2.30pm on a working business day, Beehive cannot guarantee that the parcel being shipped that day due to Australian Post collection cut off times.  

 

How do you send the bags to me when I buy online & how long do they take to deliver?

 

For shipping within Australia, we send our bags out using Australian Post e-Parcel or Express e-Parcel service (if chosen), which provide a service to all capital cities, the vast majority of metropolitan areas, as well as regional areas.   Delivery times vary depending upon distance from our premises in Queensland. 

 

Some areas in QLD may only take a few days for parcel to be delivered by standard e-parcel, however, please note that some regional areas can take up to 15 business days for delivery by standard e parcel delivery. 

 

Deliveries will be in accordance with Australia Post timetables and the estimated delivery times during online booking, however, Australian Post and Beehive Vinyl Products shall not be liable for any delay in collection, transportation or delivery of Parcel regardless of the delay.

 

You can select the quicker Express e- Parcel service to obtain a price for you parcel to be sent much quicker however, you do a premium price for this service. As Beehive Vinyl Products is located, in Townsville we are a regional area and this means that Express e-Parcel is not next day delivery to another town. This service is the fastest possible method of delivery with Australia Post.

If you would prefer your bags to be sent via an alternative method, please contact our office before proceeding with your online purchase.

 

Overseas orders are usually sent via Australia Post standard airmail, there is no tracking service; however, you need to contact us direct if you wish to send orders overseas.

 

Please note: From 2 April 2017, e-parcel will automatically default to signature with authority to leave

 

Can I collect my order in person?

 

Yes.  You can elect to pick up the ordered products from our premises and save on any delivery charges.  Please contact us direct for details.  Our despatch is open from 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and our address is:

Where can my bags be sent to?

 

Our Beehive bags are sent all over the world.  Australian Post delivers to most destinations within Australia and the goods can be sent to a physical address or post office box.  Freight prices quoted are for shipment within Australia only.  If you need bags sent outside of Australia, please contact our office direct for a quote on different shipping options.

 

Can I track my order?

 

Yes most definitely.   E-Parcel gives you a fast and efficient way to track your delivery's progress. When your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive an email that includes a unique tracking code. To find out where your parcel is, go to the website http://auspost.com.au and enter your tracking code.  If you misplace this email with the tracking code, contact us and we can provide tracking code to you.

 

What if I am not home when my order gets delivered?

 

From 2 April 2017 Australia Post will be making some changes on the delivery of e-parcels.

 

Customers will still sign for a parcel whenever they’re home. If they're not home, and a safe spot for the parcel is available, Australia Post will leave it there so it’s ready and waiting for them. They will also take a photo of the parcel as proof that it was delivered safely, which Beehive Vinyl Products will be able to access at auspost.com.au/MerchantTrack.  If there’s no safe place, a card will be left as normal and the parcel taken to a nearby Post Office for you to pick up and sign for.

 

If you receive a card saying that the parcel had been attempted to be delivered & no one was home, you ONLY have 10 working days to collect the parcel from the Post Office nominated on the card. This is the same if the item is addressed to your PO Box & a card is left in your PO Box. If you are unable to pick up the parcel within the 10 day period (eg: you are working away on a mine site), you can ring the Post Office general customer service number on 131318 & request the Post Office to hold the parcel until you return. Failure to contact Post Office before the 10 day period is up, to have them hold for longer, may result in you having to pay for a second delivery fee as parcel would be returned by the Post Office back to Beehive Vinyl’s address.

 

Australia Post will endeavour to deliver a Parcel to the physical address labelled on the Parcel, however, in certain areas where a full mail delivery service is not provided, Australia post will deliver to a roadside delivery box or otherwise to the nearest post office.

 

Whilst Australian Post does provide an Authority To Leave (ATL) or Safe Drop service (this means that you give Australian Post permission to leave the parcel at your address without a signature), we strongly discourage & do not actively publicise the ATL service as our experience is that many parcels have gone missing (mainly stolen) when left at premises when nobody is home & customers have had to purchase the items again when they have had parcels go missing with ATL service. Please note that Australian Post does not accept any responsibility for goods that are left without a signature. 

 

Likewise Beehive Vinyl Products Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for goods if you choose to give an Authority To Leave the goods without signing for them. If you do specifically want to give Authority to Leave for your parcel, please contact us at Beehive to discuss.

 

What is MyPost Safe Drop?

 

When your order is processed with E-Parcel, Australia Post will send a link in your email tracking notifications or in your personalised MyPost Track page inviting you to Safe Drop your parcel. The link will direct you to MyPost portal and will allow you to request that Australia Post can leave the parcel in a safe place at your nominated delivery address. If no one is home the delivery person will follow instructions to leave in a Safe Drop Location unless in their judgment it’s not safe they will than follow the normal delivery of leaving a card into collect the parcel from a post office.

What if my order does  not arrive?

 

If you have provided us with your correct address details & it is found your parcel was not signed by anyone at your premises & your parcel has not been held at the Post Office & it is assumed lost in transit, we will investigate it’s loss to ascertain & we will replace your product you ordered in full at our own cost including freight charges to the original destination.

b)     delivered for collection from a postal box

Do I get a Tax Invoice or Receipt with my goods?

 

Yes.  A Tax Invoice / Cash Sale Tax Receipt is shipped with your order & you will receive Pay Pal confirmation by email.
